Right to Rectification
Data Subject may request Controller to modify any of his/her personal data (for instance, he may change his/her mailing address anytime). Controller shall fulfill the request latest within one month and shall notify him/her by sending a mail to the contact details provided by him/her.
Right to Erasure, Right to be Forgotten
Controller shall erase the personal data of the Data Subject in accordance with the provisions of Art. 17 (1) to (2) of the GDPR, subject to and in the manner set out therein.
Data subject may also request the erasure of the personal data processed by Controller.
Controller shall reject the request for erasure of the data subject if the conditions laid down in Article 17 (3) GDPR require further processing and storage of personal data. If there is no such obligation, the Data Controller shall fulfill the claim without delay, but not later than one month, and shall notify the data subject to the contact information provided for this purpose.
Right to Blocking (Restriction of Processing)
Subject to the conditions laid down in Article 18 of the GDPR, Data Subject may request Controller to block his/her personal data (clearly indicating the limited nature of the processing and ensuring separate treatment from other data). The consequence of the blocking is that personal data may be processed only for the purposes specified in Art. 18 (2) of the GDPR, with the exception of storage. Controller shall maintain the blocking for the period specified in Article 18 (1) of the GDPR. Controller shall inform the Data Subject prior to such unblocking.
Right to Data Portability
Data Subject may request Controller to send his/her personal data in a structured, widely used, machine-readable format to the contact details provided for this purpose. Data Subject shall have the right to transmit this data to another Controller and may request the transfer of the data directly to the other Controller, where it is technically feasible.
Right to Protest
The person concerned may object to the processing of his data in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of the GDPR and subject to the conditions set out therein. In case of objection, the Data Controller will no longer process the personal data of the data subject, except in the cases provided for in Article 21 (1) GDPR.
